CANCELLATION POLICY

Less then 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of treatment taken via the online booking system FRESHA.  No shows will be a 100% fee. 

 

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Please arrive on time for your appointment.  Lashes By Victoria regrettably cannot perform treatment(s) if you are 15 minutes or over for your appointment.  This will be marked as no show and a 100% charge applicable.  If you are 1-15 minutes late then Lashes By Victoria will perform your treatment within the time frame left (therefore infills may not be as full as they could be) and the price still stands as what is on the service menu for that treatment booked.  Please be aware appointments run back to back and therefore if you are late your treatment will finish on the time scheduled. 

 

2 no shows will result in a removal from my client list.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase Lashes By Victoria advises returning your product(s) within 14 days, unused and in its original condition. Then a refund can be processed.  If the order was faulty or damaged in transit a delivery refund may be issued, this is at the discretion of Lashes By Victoria once the goods have been inspected upon return. If the order was dispatched incorrectly this will also be looked into for a refund/exchange.

Returns are the responsibility of yourself the customer and therefore Lashes By Victoria recommend returns as recorded delivery. The cost of returning the parcel will be covered by the customer.

EU hygiene regulations state that no refunds or exchanges will be issued for products returned open/non sealable. Products that are liquids will also not be exchangeable or refundable.

Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. Once we have processed the return we will inform you. This can take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
